Business Assistant

Responsibilities
Support sales & marketing director in collecting information, quoting, making appointments, drafting, managing documents, tracking, debt collection, and taking care of customers.
- Update product, market, customer information according to instructions;
- Receive requests, respond, build quotes, make appointments for managers;
- Draft, sign, manage documents, customer records
- Coordinate with accounting to monitor, collect debts
- Support customers to survey locations (offices, apartments, events, ..) of the company and customers
- Coordinate with accounting to monitor, collect debts
- Support recruitment, training of new staff
Skills/Experience
- Graduated from university with majors related to business administration, marketing, communications, administration, human resources, tourism, real estate,;
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position, related field with specific achievements;
- Ability to read, understand, edit English documents, knowing additional foreign languages such as Korean, Japanese, Chinese is an advantage;
- Dynamic, extroverted, communication skills, Good appearance;
- Stable work, hard-working, responsible, progressive spirit;
- Have a laptop, proficient in word, excel, email, zalo professionally;
- Love to travel, have practical experience;
- Professional, able to interact with vendors/clients;
- Positive, “can do” attitude.
